We had 100 submissions, 25% from universities, and filled the remaining space with 149 designs from TT02, bringing the total to 249 open source designs on the chip.

135 were Verilog, 94 were Wokwi, and the rest used other HDLs or HLS tools. Together they add up to 80,000 standard cells and 4 meters of wire.

The designs are as diverse as the designers. Some personal picks: a PDP8 CPU, a prime number detector, a guitar tuner, an MSF radio bitstream decoder, a ring oscillator based temperature sensor, and a temperature sensor that somehow managed to be analog despite being built entirely out of standard cells!

Check out the TT03 datasheet with all stats and project listings.

A huge thanks to Efabless for sponsoring the project, all of the contributors, and everyone who submitted a design.
