
It uses a 10 MHz clock to create a counter, which has it's carry signal every 50Hz. Then there is a second counter to create the 1 - 2 millisecond high signal according to the user input.
Connect a servo PWM signal to biderectional pin 7. According to the user input on the inputs it's position will change and be indicated on the 7-segment display.
A RC servo is required for testing.
